The Burley Family!

Ok, so I am going to try and catch up on all my blogging while I have the chance. I know most of the same pictures are posted on various other blogs, but oh well here are mine! We FINALLY got to have our Christmas with the Burleys! Better late than never, plus we got to prolong the end of Christmas which is always sad.....Here is Alyssa and Camryn Opening there presents to each other.

We had the best time that night, we went out to eat afterwards with The Fredricksons, and The Edwards at one of our fav restaurants, Chilies. The girls always love getting back together. It's as if they were never separated! There may be miles between our families now but they will always be our dearest friends. We love you guys and cant wait to see you soon!!!

Alyssa's 4th Birthday!

I think the cupcakes turned out pretty good! I was a little bummed about not getting a cake this year but I like how these turned out.

What to say...

So here is just a quick post about what has been going on in my head lately. What do you do when you know someone has a problem, an addiction if you want to call it that, and you have no idea how to even begin helping them? I know I can pray for them and I have, but I want to be able to get inside their head and figure out how to solve the problem and I just cant. It makes me really sad.....I have no clue about the hold this "disease" has on this person. I try to be there for them and comfort and encourage, but I guess that is all I can do. Sorry this is so dark, but I though maybe if I wrote this down and got some feedback it would begin to make sense. I am asking God to use me in their life if it is His will. I pray for the words to say that may help them.......Pray for me!

Alyssa's 4th Birthday

Alyssa turned 4 on Monday so we took her to Build-A-Bear and to eat at Chick-o-Lay (as she calls it).

We had alot of fun eating and letting Alyssa build her new buddy. She got a Hello Kitty cat and named it Gabriella.

Then Alyssa got to do her favorite thing, play on the playground!!

Poor Eli couldn't take anymore fun, so he decided to take a nap!!

So that was a little bit of Alyssa's 4th birthday! We can't believe it has already been 4 years since we welcomed our beautiful baby girl into the world! Time has flown by but we have enjoyed every moment of it!

Just wanted to let you all know that I am still out here, I have just been slack on my blogging duties! I finally got around to checking the blog and realized that it will take me a week to just get caught up on my reading of Heather's blog!! Wow she is a good blogger! I promise, even maybe later tonight, I will get on here and put up some new pics!
